Member Rights & Responsibilities

European Association of Banking and Financial Law – Romania

Members of AEDBF Romania enjoy a set of rights that grant them access to the association’s activities, decision-making processes, and opportunities to actively contribute to the development of banking and financial law.

Main rights:

  • Participation in the General Assembly of Members;
  • Voting rights in strategic decisions;
  • The ability to propose initiatives and projects;
  • Access to publications, events, and programs organized by the association;
  • The right to elect and be elected to leadership positions;
  • Benefits provided by law and by the association's Statute.

Members’ main obligations:

  • To comply with the Statute and decisions of the governing bodies;
  • To pay the annual membership fee as established by the General Assembly;
  • To maintain an honorable and professional conduct;
  • To support the mission and activities of the association.
