European Association of Banking and Financial Law – Romania
Members of AEDBF Romania enjoy a set of rights that grant them access to the association’s activities, decision-making processes, and opportunities to actively contribute to the development of banking and financial law.
Main rights:
Participation in the General Assembly of Members;
Voting rights in strategic decisions;
The ability to propose initiatives and projects;
Access to publications, events, and programs organized by the association;
The right to elect and be elected to leadership positions;
Benefits provided by law and by the association's Statute.
Members’ main obligations:
To comply with the Statute and decisions of the governing bodies;
To pay the annual membership fee as established by the General Assembly;
To maintain an honorable and professional conduct;
To support the mission and activities of the association.
