The Statute is the founding document that governs the structure, operations, and values of AEDBF Romania. 

Adopted by the General Assembly of Members, the Statute establishes the objectives of the organization, the rights and obligations of its members, as well as the powers of its governing bodies. It guarantees a clear, transparent, and participatory legal framework, aligned both with the requirements of national legislation and with the European spirit that defines the AEDBF community.
