The Board of Directors represents the executive body of AEDBF Romania, being responsible for implementing the decisions adopted by the General Assembly and for managing the association’s day-to-day activities.
The Board ensures the continuity of the organization's operations between General Assembly sessions. Its responsibilities include budget management, admission of new members, coordination of scientific programs, and organization of legal events.
The Board has the authority to propose the establishment of branches, establish strategic partnerships, and represent the association in relations with third parties. The President of the association holds the official representative role, supported by Vice Presidents and the Secretary General.

With over 40 years of experience in the judiciary, including as a judge at the High Court of Cassation and Justice, Dr. Constantin Brânzan is recognized for his significant contributions in civil and commercial law. He currently practices as a lawyer at Popescu & Asociații.
Dean of the Faculty of Law at the West University of Timișoara, Professor Lucian Bercea is a respected specialist in banking and financial law, actively contributing to the development of legal doctrine and practice in this field.
