{"id":314,"date":"2025-05-15T13:48:19","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T13:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aedbf.ro\/?p=314"},"modified":"2025-08-25T20:52:50","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T20:52:50","slug":"forumul-national-de-drept-bancar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aedbf.ro\/en\/forumul-national-de-drept-bancar\/","title":{"rendered":"National Banking Law Forum, November 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 28, 2024, it took place <strong>National Banking Law Forum, November 2024<\/strong>, organized by <strong>Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest<\/strong> and <strong>Universul Juridic Publishing House<\/strong>, with the support of <strong>Romanian Banking Association<\/strong>, the <strong>Association of Legal Advisors in the Financial-Banking System<\/strong>, the <strong>AEDBF Romania<\/strong> and the <strong>Center for Business Law within the Faculty of Law, West University of Timi\u0219oara<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event brought together prominent figures from the legal field, who made essential contributions to understanding current trends and challenges in banking law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lucian Bercea<\/strong>, Dean of the Faculty of Law \u2013 West University of Timi\u0219oara and Vice President of AEDBF Romania, played a central role as <strong>scientific Coordinator<\/strong> Through its academic vision and rigorous analysis of the challenges in the field, it provided participants with clear and valuable guidance on recent legal developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also <strong>Drago\u0219 Mihail M\u0103nescu<\/strong>, Vice-Dean of the ASE Faculty of Law and Secretary General of AEDBF Romania, together with <strong>Adelina Elena B\u0103descu (formerly Stan)<\/strong>, associate teaching staff at LawASE and member of AEDBF Romania, brought to the public\u2019s attention the topic <strong>\u201eBlockchain and Banking: From FIAT to AI\u201d<\/strong>, connecting theory with legal practice and opening perspectives on new technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The forum has once again demonstrated that <strong>academic dialogue and interdisciplinary collaboration<\/strong> They are essential for the development of banking law.
