The Board of Directors represents the executive body of AEDBF Romania, being responsible for implementing the decisions adopted by the General Assembly and for managing the association\u2019s day-to-day activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Board ensures the continuity of the organization's operations between General Assembly sessions. Its responsibilities include budget management, admission of new members, coordination of scientific programs, and organization of legal events.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Board has the authority to propose the establishment of branches, establish strategic partnerships, and represent the association in relations with third parties. The President of the association holds the official representative role, supported by Vice Presidents and the Secretary General.<\/span><\/p>\n
