\nAbout the Association

AEDBF Romania brings together specialists \u2013 both theoreticians and practitioners \u2013 dedicated to promoting the knowledge and application of banking and financial law, both in Romania and at the European level. We are the national branch of the European Association of Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF Europe), an organization founded in 1988 and now present across Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

The mission of AEDBF Romania is to promote the development of legal and economic culture in the banking and financial sector by creating a space for open and balanced dialogue between academia, practitioners, and institutions. We aim to contribute to the understanding and rigorous application of legal norms, the formation of a strong professional community, and the strengthening of Romania's integration into the European legal and financial landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
